I have been going to OsteoStrong Hawthorn after being referred to them by my Endocrinologist. Sasha and the entire team are absolutely brilliant and have helped me build strength but most importantly bone density. (If you are reading this post then you know how important it is to do this)! Be brave and make the call, and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. I enjoy my sessions at OSH. The team are extremely friendly and supportive and make the sessions fun. They encourage me to give my best each week, gently encouraging me to extend my effort whilst keeping in mind my niggling injuries. A well maintained space, with lots of equipment to help you regenerate.
Osteostrong Hawthorn staff are friendly, caring & knowledgeable. I enjoy my weekly sessions & feel that I'm making gains for my bone health.
