I’m so relieved to have found OsteoStrong to help manage my osteoporosis. The team’s knowledge, support & encouragement is first class & they’ve taught me so much that I feel really confident to help myself outside of my training sessions. I enjoy my sessions at OSH. The team are extremely friendly and supportive and make the sessions fun. They encourage me to give my best each week, gently encouraging me to extend my effort whilst keeping in mind my niggling injuries. A well maintained space, with lots of equipment to help you regenerate.
