I like the idea of building stronger bones. Everyone there are great.
I have been going to Osteo strong for more than two years. My bone density report improved and my doctor said keep doing whatever I am doing! The Biocharger, vibe plates, isometric machines, Water-massage bed and social benefits have enriched the quality of my life and health immensely.
I have been coming here since Dec 2020. Since then I have diligently been coming to my weekly sessions. My bone density has stabilized if not gotten better. However over the holidays I fell & broke my wrist. A week later I saw the doctor to see how bad it was. She was thoroughly amazed that I am 60 because on the X-ray, she said my bone break looked "like I was in my teens".
