I recommend OsteoStrong of Great Barrington, and not just for people with osteopoenia or osteoporosis. OsteoStrong is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to improve their bone health, and that's something all of us should be interested in doing! Osteostrong has been a great find for me. I’ve strengthened my core, my balance is good thanks to the very knowledgeable staff ! Looking forward to my bone density test this Sept.

The facilities and therapies at this location are more comprehensive than they are at other osteostrongs. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and extremely welcoming. With their help my osteoporosis has improved in the hip and had no progression in the lower back. Highly recommended!

Within six months of using Osteostrong biweekly, plus a vitamin protocol and steady use of a vibration plate, I have improved my score from osteoporosis to osteopenia. I love this facility and the people who work there.
