I really look forward to my sessions at Osteostrong each week. Since I’ve been going I see an incredible difference in my balance and strength. My hip went from Osteoporosis to osteopenia. The facility is clean and welcoming and Caryn and Jane are the best. I feel like I’m hanging out with friends while doing something good for my body. I also love the hydro massage at the end, it’s a real treat.
I’m so pleased to have found a safe and pro-active way to improve my bone health. I am 71 and diagnosed with osteoporosis of my spine. Coming to Osteo Strong Garden City has been such a good experience. Caryn and staff have been extremely supportive and always a pleasure. I have been going to OsteoStrong in Garden City for 2 years now. I look forward to my appointments every week. Over time my numbers have gone up extensively. I highly recommend them and will continue to go on a regular basis.
I am so happy that I have found Osteostrong! I am 57 years old and I was recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. My T-score in my spine is 3.6 and my hips 2.6. I am really opposed to taking medication and was looking for a natural way to reverse my osteoporosis.
