Great concept and exceptional staff!
My balance has improved immensely. Been doing this for a year and continue to improve. I measure the improvements based on being able to get dressed (shorts, pants) without having to hold on or lean for balance upper and lower body strength and muscle tone. Brian and Austin are very helpful, informative and knowledgeable.
