I came into this business and use their service once and the amount of text messages calls and emails. despite opting out out of all of it is astounding. At least 50 or 60. And I can’t get them to stop

My balance has improved immensely. Been doing this for a year and continue to improve. I measure the improvements based on being able to get dressed (shorts, pants) without having to hold on or lean for balance upper and lower body strength and muscle tone. Brian and Austin are very helpful, informative and knowledgeable.
