I have been going to Osteo Strong for 3 years. After one of my DEXA scans my doctor was shocked to see that I had gained bone density. You have nothing to lose (except bone density) unless you give it a try.
Osteostrong is a great place to work on building bone strength! The staff is friendly and so helpful with all things bone related! I enjoy coming and talking with others as well. It is an encouraging environment!
Well organized, fun coaches, my bones and whole being are grateful—lots of options to enhance health and vitality! Hey—going great after 2 years—such a great benefit for bones, balance, coordination and all around health!
