I have been going to Osteo Strong for 3 years. After one of my DEXA scans my doctor was shocked to see that I had gained bone density. You have nothing to lose (except bone density) unless you give it a try.
Osteostrong is a great place to work on building bone strength! The staff is friendly and so helpful with all things bone related! I enjoy coming and talking with others as well. It is an encouraging environment!
