One of the best things about going to OsteoStrong Blackhawk is the staff, support and encouragement you receive when being led through the machines. I have seen an improvement in my overall strength and balance. I have not yet repeated a DEXA scan to compare how far I’ve come, but I am confident with the process. Thank you OsteoStrong.
After my weekly OsteoStrong session my body feels the best it feels all week. I have also noticed improvement at the gym with my ability to lift weights and stamina. I like the weekly reports that are emailed to me for review. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive.
