I have going to Osteostrong for a few years now and it is great, I feel stronger and my bones are stronger. The staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend Osteostrong to everyone especially if I hear they have osteoporosis like myself.
Yes! My bone density has improved over the last 5 years!! Besides, the weekly session is actually fun.
I look forward every week going to OsteoStrong in Creve Coeur. The women are great. It is so much fun to take all my aggressions out on the machines and challenging myself to do better. Yet I know it is fine when I just do mediocre. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I am hoping the machines will help. No matter what, it feels good. Plus is helps my routine that every week I get to go into the place. It goes to show how quickly the weeks fly by. Thank you for being in Creve Coeur.
