I started my journey a year ago. I attended Osteo Strong once a week and took Algae Cal Plus and Strontium Boost each day. My bone density has improved by 13.9% in the spine and 7.6% in the hip which took me out of osteoporosis. Spine went from -2.5 to -1.3 and hip from -2.8 to -2.4. So glad I found an alternative path. I will continue with this plan. Thank you to all the helpful and friendly people at OsteoStrong for your encouragement.
Short and to the point just how I like it. If it gets to complicated I lose interest. Im just 2 months I have already noticed a difference in the distance I can walk without thinking about it. Very pleased with my results
I am thrilled to be able to experience using the bone-strengthening machines on a weekly basis. I hit my targets for each machine yesterday; rang the bell for the accomplishment! The Osteo Strong videos were great for explaining the ways it all works to build bone strength. Highly recommend Osteo Strong if you have osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Just had my dexascan and since one year ago, my bone density has significantly improved!!!!
