I love the program, the equipment, "'the red room"', and the staff. Anyone concerned about their bone strength should sign up at OsteoStrong.
The online teachings have been very informative to help you understand this process. I've only been doing for 2 months but I can tell a difference in back pain. I highly recommend doing OsteoStrong. Barely takes 10 minutes of your day.
Hours are horrible for working women. Essentially you could go Tuesday after work for a 1/2 hour -or Saturday mornings. So you’re paying a lot of money for 2days a week (IF you can get there those 2 days).
