I was skeptical at first but being diagnosed with osteoporosis 5 years ago along with my risk of falling as I aged I wanted to do whatever I could do to prevent a fracture. The one addition this year to my medication and exercise was OsteoStrong. I’m excited to say my diagnosis now is Osteopenia. I want to make sure all of the readers know the staff is incredible and have a vested interest in the individuals who suffer from Osteoporosis. Hours are flexible and I highly recommended.
I have been going to OsteoStrong for about 1 1/2 years. Everyone is so accommodating and knowledgeable. The best part is the increase in my bone density. My spine increased 11% and my hips 3 % in 1 1/2 years. At the same time I started OsteoStrong I also started AlgaeCal. My doctor wanted to start me on drugs for osteopenia and there were so many side effects that I decided I was going research AlgaeCal and I was convinced it was worth a try. I’m so glad I followed my gut and my bones are happy also.
I went in for my consultation this week. Laura, the owner explained what they do and how everything works. The facility looks like a mini gym, yet the equipment they use barely has any moving parts. We are so thankful for Osteo Strong in Chesterfield! The staff is wonderful as coaches to encourage & assist us! We are excited about our progress in improving our bone density & energy! Something new & exciting is United Health now covers the cost to use the machines!!
