When I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, I was surprised l, but mainly upset, when my doctor told me that my only recourse was to get a quarterly injection (that could have many side effects) for the next 10 years.in order to possibly stop its progression. Very cheery staff, but there’s only one person in this facility that really watches carefully the positioning of us on the machines. In addition, they were supposed to work on my balance and there has been no guidance on that. And they should wipe down the leg compression sleeves, but they don’t unless I ask them to. I think safety protocols, especially in the winter when there are a lot of viruses should be a primary concern. I drive half an hour to get to Osteostrong Paramus. I am always greeted with a smile by Alissa. I am very happy I joined and the program has helped me quite a bit in the past and I feel confident about more progress in the future. Definitely recommend!
