RecommendedJim and I both think there is something to this. Only time will tell, but we are looking forward to our once/wk sessions starting next week. The staff is great and full of incentive, knowledge and enthusiasm for the business. It’s always nice when you can tell the employees believe in the product and results. I’m hoping I can reverse my osteoporosis and retain what muscle I have (maybe get MORE!) and Jim would like to do some major strengthening, without all the reps of weight lifting.
