I went to OsteoStrong when there was a different owner plus when the new owners took over. I’d heard about the Power Plate vibration machine from Clay Walker who also has MS like I do. It helped me with hyper extension of my right knee. I’ve had no more problems. I did have pain problems with the right side of my neck because I found out I have a pinched nerve at 4th vertebrae. Oh my goodness where to begin! Adrian and Shannon are such a blessing at the Richmond location I attend! I had NO IDEA how much more I would gain other than bone strength! A real feeling of genuine compassion and generosity of spirit also abides here! Fantastic equipment other than "just" bone strengthening has been an unexpected and very much added PLUS!
