I started Ostostrong in June. It's been 2 and a half months, and it has changed my life. I have lost 10 lbs, and my hormones feel like they are balanced. The major part is that my bones feel back to normal. I don't get up hurting anymore. Staff has been so helpful throughout this journey and have been super sweet. The encouragement is outstanding. Really off-putting first-time experience. I was interested in starting a membership, so booked the “complimentary session” through the website to try it out. When I arrived, I got a sales pitch (fine), but they refused to do the complimentary session even though I got an email and text confirming a complimentary session and consultation. They said a trial session would cost $65, and they wouldn’t honor the “get a complimentary session on us” listed on the website. I got measurable improved health here! 9 mos after starting weekly Osteostrong + vibration plate + red light therapy, my Dr. (St Jude Fullerton), was wonderfully surprised when my next DEXA results were: "Changes @ spine: 10.9% increase.
