Fantastic place. Staff is awesome. When I started OsteoStrong I had severe osteoporosis. Along with dietary changes I now have osteopenia. With the assistance of OsteoStrong and support I accomplished this within a year!!
I have been going to OsteoStrong a little over two years and I feel I am much stronger. I also appreciate the different machines which are available to help improve my overall physical health. Everyone is very friendly and helpful which makes the weekly visits enjoyable.
I have been very pleased with my experience at Osteostrong. The trainers are knowledgeable and personable. The equipment and reports are great. It’s has a supportive atmosphere and it’s very clean. After more than a year of consistent sessions at Osteostrong Brea i feel stronger and I have seen the results in my REMS scan (I am not taking meds).. I am so grateful for their program and wonderful staff.
I have been going to Osteostrong since February of 2025. I had NO strength in my legs; I needed help getting out of a chair, and I was also falling and experiencing injuries. The staff is wonderful and the place is fantastic. They are all dedicated in getting all of us who are dealing with Osteoporosis in a better place. I choose OsteoStrong over taking medication any day!!
