They do a wonderful job. It’s fast and very helpful. I’ve been going about 6 months and I have doubled my strength in some areas. I love it.
I’m feeling so much better since beginning Osteostrong. I am experiencing no pain in my back and I feel so encouraged by my coach. I also noticed I am building strength to do things I couldn’t do before. I’m totally committed to each session. And, grateful Osteostrong is available in my neighborhood.

My husband and I bring our family of 5 to Osteostrong Belle Meade every week. We believe in the product and are excited to invest in our children’s bone and muscle health as well as our own. We use the bio charger to help with inflammation as well as allergies. We love the staff there. Everyone is kind, engaged and passionate about what they’re doing. Jackie is a terrific trainer and a sweetheart. We always enjoy seeing her.
I started OsteoStrong February 2023. The staff is so encouraging and just excellent to work with. I feel so much stronger!
