Great place. Just started Anxious to see some improvement in bone density.
I started doing Osteo Strong program in summer of 2018 because I was osteopenic. I did not want to progress to osteoporosis that would require drug therapy. Now in the summer 2026, l happy to report I still remain in osteopenia!!!! I also use the bio charger energies to decrease inflammation in the osteoarthritic joints of my right foot and right hand. I believe this is helping me because I have good function of those joints without any medications!!! I am a living breathing firm believer in OsteoStrong & it's therapies!!!
Everyone enjoys feeling pampered. Osteostrong gives me that indulgence. I look forward to my workouts and seeing the staff that welcome & support me in avoiding osteoporosis. I don't need "loss of bone density" to be among the list of labels that define me! I love my Osteo Strong location. The people who work there are now friends! I work out weekly for the last two years. My doctor said whatever I'm doing, keep doing it because my bone density has improved without medication. That I will!
