I was diagnosed with osteoporosis years ago. I started here 4 years ago. I had a 7% improvement within the first two years, another 11%improvement last year. I am now osteopenia (haven't been there 30 years!). The machines, encouraging coaches, and all are wonderful! Best program ever, no pills with side effects; progress and improvement safely done.
I’ve been going to the Ballwin location for over 3+ years and have seen improvement in my Dexa scan. The team is super knowledgeable and great energy. I usually work with Marley, she always makes sure I get the most out of each visit. She is so fun!! I highly recommend OsteoStrong-Ballwin!!
