So glad I went to OsteoStrong in Ballarat. Wonderful, caring and professional staff. Easy sessions and use of rejuvinating machines. My results showed a marked impro ement in balance. Nick is very knowlegable and was very patient with me. Can't recommend OsteoStrong enough. I will contnue with my appointments and can't wait to see what my next dexa scan shows. Thank you so much OsteoStrong.

Have nearly completed my first 6 months. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Each weekly circuit session using the equipment to load the different parts of the body is conducted efficiently within 15 minutes. Believe that the sessions have also helped improve my separate strength training sessions with a different provider. End of circuit guided practice to improve balance is helpful and I am starting to see some positive results. A huge shout out to the Ballarat team, especially Nick, but all the team are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of the program. My bone & muscle strength and my balance have improved beyond my expectations. I admit, I was sceptical that 10 minutes a week would make any difference, but it does and has for me. I really enjoy the program & it’s a positive environment where I have achieved terrific results. Thanks Team Ballarat. .
