OsteoStrong is a great solution to those who want to strengthen their bones without prescription medication. I have been going since it opened, and can tell my strength has improved exponentially. I recommend it to anyone who has been diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and great to work with. Sue Ball
Wonderful experience, everyone is so kind! I had moderate hip pain for 2 weeks before starting Osteostrong. After 2-3 sessions, pain was 90-95% improved, after 5 sessions only an occasional slight pain! Hopeful for excellent progress on my next bone scan! Such a blessing!

This is a great for Osteoporosis, and build bone health. Very easy to do. The staff is all very friendly and helps motivate to achieve better results every week. It is weekly and takes about 15 minutes for the entire workout.
