I fractured my back, L5, using one of their machines. I trusted them to keep me safe using their machines and had given them my Dexa scan results and informed them that I had not been doing any exercise. The 3 different trainers I had, urged me to do more and because I did, I got injured. It hurts tremendously to get a fracture. On the recommendation of my cousin, I visited OsteoStrong Happy Valley in March 2024 and joined in April. I've not had another bone density check, so can not personally report improvement. That said, I've talked with several other, friendly, customers and they report good results. I chose the option that includes the Biocharger or Hydrobed and am happy to have those options available. Osteostrong's Happy Valley staff are all upbeat, encouraging and on-time - something I really appreciate. They help me stay committed and reach my maximum strength every time. I won't have another bone scan for 18 months, and I look forward to seeing them every week until then, when I can share my results with them.
