Really bad experience…very unorganized…took my mom for an appointment at 1pm. They tried to take her for X-rays but we explained she already had X-rays. Then we kept checking with the reception to be told she is next multiple times…after 2 hours we again ask and they ask if we have been seen for X-rays!! We explained again that we already have X-rays! Then a receptionist finally comes around and says there was confusion they can see her now! Ugh
I've been under the care of Dr. Mikhael and his team since I ruptured my Achilles tendon, and I truly can’t thank them enough for their support throughout this process. My grandpa recently finish going to physical therapy here for his back and knees. Amazing team you have here! He is not able to speak English very well and one of the helpers Arlene translated for him in Armenian. This accommodation was very helpful as most places do not have workers that speak the language. Thank you so much Thomas, April, Arlene for your help with my grandpa, he is feeling so much better.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! They made me feel very comfortable and confident through all of my therapy sessions! Ari, leads his team well and they all seem to respect him! I will come back after my next knee replacement! Thank you Ari and staff! Ed P.
