My husband and I stopped by today looking to buy a sofa and a bed. While there were a few items we were interested in, none of the staff acknowledged our presence even though we were there almost a 1/2 hour. I understand the staff may have been helping other customers but a small gesture of acknowledgement would have been appropriate and much appreciated especially when you walk by them!
We recently purchased a dining room table, living room table, and two bookshelves from Osmond’s Furniture for our new home, and the experience was fantastic! The staff were excellent to deal with- so kind, welcoming, and full of great advice. The prices were excellent compared to other options in town, and the store has an amazing variety to choose from. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases. Highly recommend Osmond’s to anyone- best place in town!
I visited Osmond's furniture last week looking for a new sofa for my new home. I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to show me options that would be a great fit in my home. Laura and Michael even reviewed my house floorplans with me and provided their interior design expertise, to help ensure I picked a sofa that was perfect for my space. Awful customer service. I never get a good vibe in this store. Staff, including owners, are down right rude and arrogant to customers. They bicker with each other in front of customers and are not eager to assist. Not one morsel of friendliness, from enter to exit. Each time I go there I leave thinking I won’t be back. This time did it for certain. No need to spend my money there.
First time I stopped in, I was served by an older gentleman who was helpful and led us to a good item that met our needs. I returned to close the sale and dealt with the next generation, who wasn't warm or caring, had to consult her dad on the price, etc., so she lost the sale. I don't do business with people with a bad attitude.
