Absolutely incredible customer service. I had a unique question with a purchase many years ago at a different store, in a different province! I had lost some hardware that I needed to convert a crib to a children's bed. Through a lucky search, I came across Osmond's Furniture in NL who carried that design and spoke to Chris on the phone who went out of his way to help me with my issue! After hearing so many good things about the store I visited on December 30 and picked out a dining room set, great customer service from the loan employee. Returned yesterday to purchase dining set and different employee wouldn't honor the price advertised on the company website. Very disappointing
I love their selection and we bought a lovely recliner for our nursery from there. The furniture is amazing quality and the staff are super helpful.
