Ordered 30 donuts on a Thursday morning for an event I was going to on Saturday. Go to pick up at 1:30 Saturday and the man there says that they never got an order. Even though they took my order, name, phone number, ect. Which whatever, things get lost. But this guy had 18 donuts ready to go so I asked to take them. I had a very disappointing experience at this grocery store. One of the staff members, a Chinese man, was extremely disrespectful and careless in the way he treated me. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.
Disappointed with the cinnamon buns, they were dried out. Donuts are over priced!!
