I can honestly say that watersmead is a friendly and caring home who provide care to the highest standard for their residents.They are one big family and work together as one.They create a homely atmosphere for the residents ensuring they are getting the best experience.The food is delicious and plenty of variety.There are plenty of activities for the residents to try, and lovely gardens to relax in.There is always a welcoming smile at the door when you arrive.

Very caring home, I have worked in many homes over the 20 years I have been in care & found Watersmead to be one of the friendliest homes. Staff are dedicated to making sure all residents feel safe, loved and cared for.

This is a lovely care home. The carers work very hard to provide a high level of care to all of the residents. A lovely variety of food and options available at all meal times. Lovely gardens with a new area being renivated at the moment which is looking amazing so far. The memory garden is a lovely area to sit in also. Some lovely activities and events are put on for the residents with regular musical entertainment from a variety of acts.

Watersmead is a lovely home, full of caring staff members. the home looks fantastic with the renovation the home has had, the new courtyard is looking amazing and will be incredible when finished. The team are always happy and always go the extra mile for the residents. The food is of a high standard and lots of options available.
