I have been helping as a volunteer at OSJCT for a couple of months now so I am a completely unbiased spectator. I have found it to be a lovely and welcoming place. The staff go the extra mile for residents. Everything is beautifully clean. They follow health and safety protocols very carefully. I have been made to feel very welcome and appreciated by the staff. Great day out for residents, relatives and friends at The Lakes Pride event on June 14th. Special shoutouts to Luigi and Lloyd who, together with the rest of the crew, fought the elements to put on a fantastic afternoon of glamorous entertainment. The crew there are so thoughtful, inventive and hardworking, always putting their residents first. Well done!

I managed to spend some time in the home, and Nicky and the team could not have been more welcoming. The team are so engaged with the residents, and it is easy to see they love what they do.
