If I could give a rating of minus — I would. Was never so disrespected in all my years, and I am a senior. If $200.00 was so important to you — then best you keep it. A word to the owner/manager - people of my age do not lie. A misunderstanding that could have/should have been dealt with in an adult manner soon escalated into absolute nonsense. If anyone cares to follow up - please check my complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
