We are impressed with how Ivy has elaborate on Udivine 3. She demonstrate product knowledge and expand on the benefits of using the OSIM massage chair technology for us in personal manner. Great service.
Very good service. Look for Serina as she gives good product explanation and good customer service. Product is good as this is our 2nd massage chair.
Product is good but why do we pay far more expensive compared to what in Singapore. Plus selling older models as well.
I wish I could give more than this. Me and my partner made a special trip from sunny coast based off reviews only. I’m glad to say I wasn’t disappointed and also finalized my massage chair. The sales girl was wonderful and had a good idea of every chair and helped me pick everything g according to what I wanted. She gave me some freebies too and I really appreciate it (totally unexpected) I would highly recommend them. Ivy you’re a wonderful person and I wish all the best for you.
