We purchased this chair today and had a fantastic experience at the store with Nicole. She patiently explained to us the features and functions of the chair and gave us a lot of advices. This uDivine v2 chair is an excellent massage chair and we got it straight away! Can’t wait to try it at home.
I visited OSIM Chatswood today and tried out this massage chair — the instant relief I felt made me decide to buy it on the spot. The massage feels just like real hand pressure, and the stretching function is amazing. With the End of Financial Year Sale as well, there was no reason not to buy it. Highly recommended!
Don't order if you want the item any time soon. I had to purchase the same item else where. Their package tracking is rubbish.
I went in to this store keen to try out the eye massager and purchase one. The lady working at the store has absolutely no interest in serving customers. She was just busy doing something on her phone and seemed annoyed when I was asking for help with one of the products. Eventually I left the store without even trying the product as she couldn’t help me with it and was visibly annoyed with any question I asked.
