Heemond was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciate his guidance, patience, and very possible vibe. No hard-selling required, but he just presented the important features of the Osim uDivine- V2 Brown and what sets it apart. Highly recommended!!! We will look for Heemond when we want to purchase again or upgrade, and will tell our friends about Osim Australia too.
Had an awesome experience at OSIM Chadstone. Alice was super helpful and explained clearly the model I was originally looking at, then she also showed me a better option that suited me more. I ended up upgrading and going a bit over budget, but honestly you get what you pay for, that’s how good she is at helping you find the right massage chair. She also explained the whole purchase and delivery process really clearly, which made everything super easy. Great service all the way through, couldn’t recommend her enough!
