Horrible staff. Legit flicked the receipt at me. I didn’t even bother her with any questions. Go somewhere else to buy things.

Rude staff. Horrible service. I bought some items online and a few day later they were on clearance. I asked if they can provide store credit for the price adjustment and the cashier just said “no” with a very rude attitude (around 11.30am-12pm June 1st 2025). I just returned the items instead. Luckily I didn’t open them. Lougheed location is much better. Never shop here again.
10:30 am Sept 19. 0 stars if I could My mom and I came in to buy some baby clothes for our relatives overseas. When we went to pay, the cashier seemed to be a new hire who probably was not used to working the pos system. She asked her colleague for help, and what happened next was hard to see. “Maria-Elena” (name on the receipt), came over to help our cashier and instead of helping she verbally abused this poor girl infront of us.
