10:30 am Sept 19. 0 stars if I could My mom and I came in to buy some baby clothes for our relatives overseas. When we went to pay, the cashier seemed to be a new hire who probably was not used to working the pos system. Little to no section for babies
After Carter's ecommerce completely messed up my order, I was told to go to the store by customer service. The store itself is very neatly laid out, with plenty of options and signage. However, I would like to thank the assistant manager Maria, who solved my case. She was extremely helpful and provided a great level of service! She even helped me pick out some clothes!
