Staff is very bad. Manager himanshi is worst to deal with. Please dont waste your time shoping at this location.
DONT SHOP HERE!! Worst management. I got Christmas gifts in wrong size for my kid. The manager himashi was so rude she refused to exchange the products on top she gave us lots of attitude and arrogance. There are lots of good people out there who are willing to do good job. Hr should consider strictly while hiring store manager. Never coming back here again.
I’m glad I finally thought of this place to leave a review. 3 years ago, my wife and my nephew who was a toddler back then were both in this store. In a quick second someone stole her purse of the stroller and left. Over 900$, ID cards and credit cards got stolen in a blink of an eye. Wife went to the receptionist right away and also days later to ask for a video footage with the police file number, anyways each time they refused to send the video to the police department. Horrible staff. Legit flicked the receipt at me. I didn’t even bother her with any questions. Go somewhere else to buy things.
