I usually don’t write reviews, but earlier this week, a lovely girl named Avah helped me pick up some clothes for my baby boy! Such a sweet girl with cute hair. My daughter appreciates the sticker she gave her! Will be coming back once my boy grows out of his dinosaur onesies. I’ll be shopping here again, and hopefully someone as helpful and kind as Avah will be helping me when I come back.

I picked up an online order at Carter’s Metrotown yesterday around 1-2pm. I met two staff members, but one of them was not friendly. I don’t mind if items are placed or slid over, but in this case it felt like the item was thrown onto another counter rather than being properly handed over to where I was standing, which made the interaction feel a bit uncomfortable and impersonal.
