Back in June I spent 173.68 in this store . Cashier ( old lady working on a Saturday )was on the working on the register I was paying in cash she asked if I wanted to get a card card I told her yes but I still wanted to pay in cash . She rung it up took the cash and I thought that was it. Oh no two months later I get a credit card bill 199.89 . So I call carter's with out the receipt your are stuck with the bill. So I am trying to help everyone out there not to get the credit card it is a rip off.
A great in store experience. Store is clean and organized. Employees are friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Stores fine. Well kept with a good options and clean. Employees didn't say anything to anyone when they walked in and while we were checking out the employee hardly made eye contact and was texting someone during our transaction. Literally instead of asking me to input my pin, she was texting.
