Overpriced. They wanted to sell me a Winegard antenna for \$120 that Winegard sells customer direct with free shipping for \$69.99. It also turns out that after talking to Winegard the antenna is not recommended for Oshkosh to pick-up GB channels. I was also given incorrect installation instructions. They also offered to install for \$400+ dollars. I have new coax/balun, existing mast, etc. All they had to do was unbolt the old one, bolt the new one to the mast and align it. 1 hour max!

The service technicians from Oshkosh Antenna that hooked up my antenna disconnected my Internet while running coax cables outside the house. I called the owner as soon as I discovered the problem(about an hour after they left) & he refused to send the technicians back to fix the problem THEY caused unless I paid for a service call. No one from that business will ever step foot in my house again. Horrible customer service!!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars.
