Terrible Customer Service "Nail Diva!" This is by far the worst salon I have ever set foot in. Not only was the owner rude when I called to ask for directions, but she continued to be rude when I walked in. She claims she gave me information in which I clearly don't remember receiving and when I stated that there must have been a miscommunication I was told that I needed to "learn how to communicate" EVEN IF I WAS WRONG IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! Scary name,not scary service. At first I was a little hesitant to enter any salon named "Medusa" for obvious reasons, LOL But I was not disappointed with the service I recieved there. The staff was friendly and did a good job of my nails. I got a full mani and pedi, and both turned out beautifully. They have many beautiful designs and polishes to choose from, and they do a good job without a long wait. I will be back soon for another!
