If you've ever gone there for a TB skin test for a job, you know. The wait times are ridiculous. You'll have to wait probably 3 hours in the tiny crowded waiting room for a simple 10 minute appointment. Bring a water bottle and some snacks. They won't give you water if you ask. They will lose your papers causing delays, the front desk people don't know what they're doing, and you'll probably be coughed on by sick people waiting next to you. This place is not the same as it was years ago. The staff changes constantly and management is NOT great anymore. I myself would have to look elsewhere.
Went to get my dot medical card. Was not told I needed extra paperwork from my sleep dr or my diabetic doctor to be filled out when I made the appointment. After the appointment got the paperwork filled out and returned in a couple of days. Its now Friday I called twice on Friday and “No ONE” has returned my phone call telling me my medical card is ready to be picked up. I need this card to start my new job. Customer Service is lacking
I’d give it a zero if I could. I came in for a physical after working night shift, so I’m exhausted and want to go to bed but instead I find myself waiting 2.5 hours to do the physical. I should mention this is my 5th time here for my different jobs over the years and it’s the same thing every time. It seems that the same complaints are being made over and over again and the response says “we’ll improve”, but it’s not. Extremely frustrating.
