I took the long arm class with Autumn C. It was an all day course and exactly what I needed and hoped for. Autumn was organized, knowledgeable and engaging. She was patient with each of us - it was obvious she cared not just about teaching a class but that all of us completely understood. I went from feeling scared of trying my long arm machine at home to feeling confident. Thank you OSewpersonal quilt shop and Autumn for your dedication to excellence.

I purchased a Janome Continental M7 from O Sew Personal ONLINE ONLY. I had the BEST experience EVER. So I purchased the machine from them as a floor model, and as always my credit card company tried to decline because they of course thought it was fraudulent charges. I assured them it was not and so I called O Sew Personnel and of course I got personal service. They said they would check and make sure the sale went through and call me back.
