Still amazing place. Always Friendly staff, wide selection of fabric, kits notions and patterns. Well worth the hour plus drive
I purchased a Janome Continental M7 from O Sew Personal ONLINE ONLY. I had the BEST experience EVER. So I purchased the machine from them as a floor model, and as always my credit card company tried to decline because they of course thought it was fraudulent charges. I assured them it was not and so I called O Sew Personnel and of course I got personal service. They said they would check and make sure the sale went through and call me back. The employees are very happy and fun to work with. Which is very rare. The store is very clean and neatly stocked. The friendliness of the people draws me to come back often. Thanks
