I'm sure the massage therapists here are lovely, but the person answering/taking phone calls to book appointments needs some additional skills in customer service. They'd rather you not book an appointment. Asking questions felt like pulling teeth. I was trying to find a way to book an appointment with my schedule, and they instead kept telling me that it wasn't going to work. I ended up hanging up on them due to their lack of assistance. Tonight was my first massage. I went because I have been very sore and tense. I spoke to Rowland before my appointment and he was very flexible with me as far as scheduling. He confirmed the appointment the day of through text. Through text and our phone conversation he was very pleasant and professional . When I came to the office I was super nervous, as this was my first massage. Rowland was courteous and made me feel relaxed. Me and my partner went for a Valentine’s day couples massage. Liz and Marcia were our masseuses and they tailored the massages to our specific needs. You can tell they care about the service they provide and it shows. They gave us a Valentines bag with goodies. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been a client of Rowland’s for a year and he is BY FAR the best massage therapist around. He listens to your needs and his hands can work magic. I have a lot of musculoskeletal issues and he works out all of my trigger points and muscle knots. I can’t recommend him enough.
