Never have I seen a dmv not translate or help translate for none English speakers until today at this branch. They make up their own interpretations it seems and wouldn't register a truck in my name where another dmv did just that. Lady at station 7 is a real jerk looks for reasons to not help. Have never left this dmv with a smile. Kissimmee dmv is much better and very helpful.

I went to take my wife to re new her license, the clerk told my wife her residency card was invalid and refused to give my wife a new license. I called immigration to verify and they told me that there is nothing wrong with her residency card. These people made us waste our time. These people do not know how to do their job!! They are Very rude and quick to turn you away. We ended up going to a different dmv with the same documents and got my wife’s license. I recommend going to the main dmv instead of this one!!
