I would just say that they need to train some of their staff how to talk to people. I was there today (04/24/2026) and I had some issues with an unexpected fee and the lady that was helping me was very rude about the situation. I was nice and respectful the entire time, even when I noticed the respect was not mutual. I asked her why wasn’t I informed in any way that there were more fees, and her response was “well you should’ve asked. Short wait, quick service.
Called the office to ask a simple question about my license and the "The Operator" since that's what she is responds by telling me she cannot tell me nothing over the phone which I know is a LIE. Poor Customer Service! 0 stars
Very clean DMV. Fast service and well organized. This is my preferred location hands down. Always a pleasure coming here.
