Excellent attention
Yaritza was very helpful and patient with us.
I just left there it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I call last week to make sure I had paperwork they would need even though the lady nearly spoke English she told me hat I had was ok even though I just moved their two weeks ago with my daughter so my name isn’t on the lease which was explained on the phone. Fast and straight to the point
Unfortunately, the wait to be seen was long. I believe there was more traffic than usual. The police office, which also handles the triage, was very rude to people who didn't understand English and to those who tried to help translate. However, the service that Greg gave me and my children was polite and nice. In the end, I was able to resolve what I needed.
