My advice would be to take notes on who ever you speak with when you call into the association, what you discuss and when you discuss it. I would also tell you to make sure that they do the same. I called in yesterday to sign up for a class. This woman supposedly helped me sign up and then when it was time to sign in to the class. I'm being told that I was never registered and that they have no clue who I spoke to and are even speaking to me as if I am lying or making it up & would not even try to help remedy this situation.... read more
