They really go above and beyond!
Very rude and not helpful at all. After sending 2 emails I decided to call and spoke with some one I think his name was Adam Heyman. He was beyond rude and was not at all willing to try and help with a simple request. My jeweler and recommended that I call here. My suggestion is that they find someone more professional to deal with clients and or customers. This was a terrible experience.
