I really wanted to love my experience at Oscar de la Renta Bridal. I've admired their aesthetic for years but unfortunately, I left feeling pretty disappointed. I am writing to share the incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience my sister and I had with Oscar de la Renta, which has left us feeling disrespected and mistreated. My sister recently got engaged and as a lifelong dream of hers, wanted to wear ODLR. Worst of the worst service I have ever had. These people are ridiculously and not good people at all. I would never shop at odlr ever again and I would suggest anyone go to Carolina Herrera instead. Better people who are not mean and far better service and quality.

This location has an excellent selection of clothes and the staff, especially Agata was very helpful. I purchased a number of pieces and she was helpful in making recommendations on coordinating items and sourcing sizes that they didn’t carry in the store. She was also accommodating when I was in a rush and had limited time. Thank you for the wonderful service.
