From the very first call asking for info and to arrange for a company representative to come to my home and give me a quote, to the last person to leave after the install, absolute professionalism. I made lots of calls in the interim and asked lots of questions. Some of those were by voice mail and some by text. But every one was answered in a reasonable amount of time and always to my satisfaction. The slowest part of the process was getting my "Gas Meter" upgraded. We called on a Friday and Monday morning. They were here good communication. We had them here because we had a red light so we did a maintenance. after that, he checked everything out on the generator made sure it was working fine. We are very happy talking to people at Osburn is very easy and they are so pleasant. Any future maintenance we need they will do it.
They serviced by standby Generac for wi-fi connection. Completed job to my satisfaction and wi-fi is now connected. Tony G was the service Technician, and he was very pleasant, professional and through. Excellent job.
