I cannot speak highly enough of Josie Robinson and Osborne law. The amazing service , professionalism and friendliness were awesome. Anyone lucky enough to have her as their solicitor will not be disappointed. She has worked tirelessly and I am thrilled with the outcome.
I had many negative experiences over the phone. They transfer the calls between one another, nobody knows who anything is for. They can't perform simple tasks like looking up information. They offer callbacks as sneaky ways to end the calls without doing anything, I had around 15 promised callbacks and I was never called back. I usually have no problem with not getting replies over email, but they told me to write emails to multiple people over email and I never got any reply back. I had a very positive experience with this firm and my lawyer was excellent. She guided me through the whole divorce process in a sensitive fashion whilst also being commercial at the same time. Also very proactive and quick to respond!
Osbornes have been fantastic from start to finish for us. They sold our house extremely efficiently and then helped us with a purchase, which they’ve managed to get through in record time. Amelia Wilson was wonderful and extremely responsive and efficient. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!!!
