The company sent me my product with visible bright pink glue or wood filler on the exposed surface of my corbel. The pink glue was a very significant size snd now I was stuck trying to sand down, remove, darkly stain my piece since I had a client that needed this product. Osborne has very poor quality over site and a ridged replacement policy. No customer service that is reasonable and will help with issues that need to be solved. Would not do business w them again.
