Dear Bridie, Sue, Gerardine and all the staff at Osborne House Care Home, Luton. I know that my brothers will be showing you our appreciation for all that you are doing for our Mum. Nevertheless, I'd like to thank you personally for the affection and care you show towards our beloved Mum and Grandma. Just to know that she is in such capable and loving hands is an enormous comfort to all the family and we can never thank you enough

We are extremely grateful for all the love, care and kindness that you gave to mum at Osborne House during a very difficult time for both her and us. We know that caring for someone with dementia is not easy and we could not have managed without you and your wonderful staff.

Osborne house is an outstanding care home in Leagrave, Luton. My Dad was very happy to spend his last few years being a cared for in such a kind and considerate way despite all the challenges he had to face because of his dementia.
