The tellers at the onsted location are the MOST unfriendly customer service employees I have ever came across. Most of them don’t even say hello when I pull into the drive through. The worse word you can use in customer service is “yup” and I get that a lot. I have never had this problem with them until the last year. The location is convenient for me, so I have not taken my business elsewhere, yet.

I recently refinanced my mortgage through OSB and couldn't be happier. This is about my 8th mortgage and the process was way more pleasant than it's ever been. We are the only community bank in the greater Brooklyn , Onsted and Clark Lake area. People can be an owner by purchasing stock right at the bank. We form the financial base for the community. Our president lives in Brooklyn, our directors are all local and invested in Brooklyn, Onsted, Clark Lake and Jackson. Customers have their money deposited and managed locally. We have a fully engaged competent,commercial local lending department. All of this makes us distinctive from the large out- of - State banks.
