I haven't visited the store but felt compelled to write a review for an online order I made - to praise the quality of the packaging despite the relatively low value (<$200) of the order. Both items were individually wrapped with bubble wrap, surrounded with air cushions and crumpled paper, and the box was marked with fragile stickers. I greatly appreciated this as they were gifts. I really like this space for the beautiful tableware items they sell here: cups, mugs, glassware, shot glasses, chopstick holders, even stationery and cloths. This would be a great place to buy gifts. Had to take a photo of this lovely little turtle which I can only dream of affording for my future home one day.
I placed an online order which was delivered quickly and was correct. Unpacking the order was a delight. Perfect care & attention to packing from the safety cardboard top plate with sticker to the precise amount & cutting of bubble wrap. Our items are gorgeous. Thank you.
Everything is so beautiful, it is hard to choose. The crystals are amazing, the dinnerware feels like something you would see in Michelin-star restaurants, and the lucky ornaments are stunning. My order was packaged very carefully and arrived safely. I will definitely purchase from Osara again. We need a store in Sydney please!
