Lady that works the window is so hateful. We had a terrible experience because of her attitude.
Would be zero stars, but can’t give one. When starting weigh in, we were immediately yelled at and scolded by an older lady at 9:30ish on 04/12/25. We presented the city coupon and an electronic city bill and she immediately snapped back and informed us that the electronic bill is not a real bill and we lied to her that we had a city bill. I then informed her that an electronic bill is still a bill provided by the city and then angrily informed us that they only accept paper copies.
