I have used Osage tax service for quite a while… I will not be going back after this year, my Tax returns were not filed when I paid the $140 and signed the papers… The only way that they knew anything is because I called them because my refund was not showing up on the irs “where’s my refund” tool. Someone called me to tell me that it was overlooked and no apology. Nothing… I signed my paper two weeks ago and I’m so disappointed in their service this year.
