As a local guide and someone who also works in a fly shop, I was very impressed with the service I received from the staff here. Mr. Brian Young in particular went out of his way to help me find a warranty replacement for a pair of worn Silver Sonic waders. Orvis replaced my waders no questions asked, although the shop did not have my size in stock, I was able to have a pair shipped to me in less than a week! Thanks again guys!
